'Giving Girls Confidence' The mission of the IGG is to enable girls and young women to develop to their fullest potential as responsible citizens of the world. Camping, crafts, indoor and outdoor activities for girls (5-18yrs). Trefoil News (monthly). Irish Girl Guides targets it's youth programme to age groups ranging from 5-26 years, and has a training programme for their volunteer adult leaders. Irish Girl Guides is a self governing organisation. Membership is voluntary and open to all who accept the Guide Promise and Law. Irish Girl Guides is open to girls of every faith, and the religious beliefs of all are respected. Through Guiding girls are helped and encouraged to deepen their spiritual faith in accordance with the enrolment Promise.
