Bray Area Partnership's Warmer Homes scheme provides a number of free insulation measures for those in receipt of fuel allowance and living in their own homes. Energy measures include: attic insulation, draught proofing, lagging jackets, fitting energy efficient light bulbs, and cavity wall insulation.
