Social Prescribing for Bray and North Wicklow

Social Prescribing for Bray and North Wicklow is a free service from Bray Area Partnership that can support you with your health and well-being by connecting you up with a range of services and activities in your local community. 

The service is open to anyone from the Bray or Greystones areas who feels they need support with their health and well-being, would like to improve their emotional well-being, have a long-term health condition, are going through life changing events, or feel socially isolated or lonely.
