Nite Line website

NiteLine is a free listening and information service run by students, for students. Students from our affiliated colleges can call us if they want to talk. NiteLine is affiliated with 11 colleges; DBS, DCU, DkIT, IADT, MU, NCAD, RCSI, TCD, TU Dublin, UCD and UL and their affiliated colleges. NiteLine is open every night of term from 9pm to 2:30 am, including weekends. There are four pillars central to NiteLine's work; anonymity, confidentiality, non-judgmental and non-directive. All of our Volunteers go through a rigorous screening and training programme based on the Samaritans model and run with the help of the college counselling services. We’re here if you ever feel that you would like to talk to someone that will listen and understand without judgement. You can talk about anything; no problem is too big or too small.
